Refund Policy

Our mangoes are naturally farm-grown in India and carefully harvested, inspected, imported, and handled throughout the journey to bring you the best quality fruit possible. As mangoes are perishable agricultural products, natural variations in color, size, texture, ripeness, and minor skin markings are normal and do not indicate spoilage or poor quality.

While we take great care in packing and delivery, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for minor cosmetic imperfections or naturally occurring variations in the fruit.

If your order contains significantly damaged or spoiled mangoes, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup with clear photos of the affected fruit and packaging. Approved refund or replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Swasa Mangoes.
